I grew up in an environment where reading the room wasnβt optional β it was survival.

I could feel a shift in someoneβs mood before they even said a word. A slight tone change, a different look, a delayed responseβ¦ And instantly, my body reacted like something was wrong.
For a long time, I thought something was wrong with me.
Why did my mind treat small things like emergencies?
Why did I overthink every interaction?
Why did I feel responsible for how other people felt?
And the hardest part?
I didnβt have access to therapy. I didnβt have $300 sessions to unpack any of this. So I did what Iβve always doneβ¦
I studied. I researched. I went deep into understanding nervous system patterns, hypervigilance, and emotional conditioning.
Not just to learn it β but to get the hell out of it πͺ
And something started to shift in my life....

β¨ I stopped spiraling over things that used to consume me.
β¨ I started feeling more grounded, more clear, and more like myself again.
